Monthly ServiceThere is a one time setup/purchase fee of $1500 to purchase access to the system as a monthly service. If at a later date you wish to purchase the shrink wrapped product and host the system on your server this full amount will be credited towards the purchase of the shrink wrapped product.
The monthly service fee for the basic service is $250 a month.

The total cost of the system will average from $325/month - $375/month over a 2 year period. *
IN ADDITION:
You will need to have a basic, static web site in addition to this system which will cost anywhere from $10 to $25 a month depending on where you host it. If we host it for you it will cost an additional $15/month for the web site with up to 5 MB worth of data. Each 1 MB of data after the first 5 MB will cost an additional 75¢/month.
The monthly service fee for the electronic post cards is $20 a month. There is no additional setup fee for the electronic post cards.
The setup fee includes 10 hours worth of customization time. Any additional time will be billed at $75/hour. If you have an existing web site which you are manually updating the setup fee will usually cover integrating this system with your existing web site.
The first 90 days of tech support is included with the purchase of the system. Tech support after the first 90 days is billed at $75/hour.
If you do not have a domain name such as www.newspaper.com registered that will cost you an additional $70 from Register.com. We will register your domain name if you request it for the same amount that Register.com charges.

Shrink Wrapped Product
If you wish to run the system yourself on your own server the purchase price is $5,000. If you wish to support multiple sites on a single server the purchase price is $8000.

The electronic post cards are an additional $250. If you wish to support multiple sites on a single server the price remains $250.
The first 90 days worth of telephone and e-mail tech support is included. Any tech support after the first 90 days will be billed at $75/hour. Any on site tech support or customization work will be billed at $700/day plus travel expenses.
Any customization over 10 hours will be billed at $75/hour. This version of the product can be delivered to you or a hosting provider of your choice fully customized and ready to go.
